Raisin and caramel apples I STEPbySTEP

Granny sweet’s coming! The best choise for kid’s nutrition: just fruit and little else.

INGREDIENTS

4 apples

 

1 glass water

¼ glass white wine, dry

3 tablespoons sugar

 

1 tablespoon raisin

 

 

STEP 1: REMOVE THE APPLE CORE

Wash carefully the apples, then  – with a knife or the apple tool, remove the core.

 

STEP 2: ADD THE INGREDIENTS

Place one parchment paper sheet in a baking tin and put the apples on it. Add water, wine and sugar (make sure to fill the apples too).

 

STEP 3: COOK

Cook the apples in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

 

STEP 4: MAKE THE CARAMEL SAUCE

Remove ½ glass water+wine+sugar mixture from the baking tin and cook it in a non-stick pan until thick adding raisin ( ab. 2-3 minutes). Spread the sauce on the apples.
