The plaice meunière’s

I think this is absolutely (or almost) the most #readytoeat recipe of the blog. If you add to this the fact that it’s easy, good and healthy too, you have no excuse not to bring it to the table.

A child-proof second course, ideal with vegetable salad and dinner is ready.

 

SERVES 4 PEOPLE
READY IN 5 ‘

 

INGREDIENTS

4-6 plaice fillets

1 cup milk

All-purpose flour to taste

 

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

 

Salt to taste

½ lemon juice

chopped parsley to taste

.

 

 

STEP 1: FLOUR THE FILLETS

Dip the plaice fillets in the milk, then pass them in flour on both sides. Shake off the excess.

 

STEP 2: BROWN

Melt butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add the fillets and brown them 1 minute per side.

 

 

STEP 3: ADD LEMON

Add salt, lemon juice and  finally parsley.
