My fav food? Pizza & C. : I really love to cook it and eat it! Last night I was thinking about what to prepare and I decided to try something new, different from the usual recipe. This is the result: a cheesy and tender donut. Tasty!
SERVES 2-3 PEOPLE
READY IN 30’ (with ready to use pizza dough)
Pizza dough (here my recipe)
All-purpose flour to taste
3 tablespoons pesto sauce (here the recipe)
6 slices turkey
1 mozzarella + other cheese
Oil to taste
STEP 1: ROLL OUT THE DOUGH
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a lightly floured pastry sheet until you’ll get a rectangle.
STEP 2: FILL
Spread pesto sauce on the dough, then cover with turkey slices and finally with cheese.
STEP 3: PLACE IT INTO THE BAKING TIN
Roll the stuffed dough and place it into a oiled baking tin.
STEP 4: COOK
Brush the dough with oil and coon it in preheated oven at 250°C for 20 minutes.
