Yup! Just like the supermarket ones… But tastier and decidedly genuine!
The so-called “Teneroni” are very fragrant grilled meatballs made with ham very popular in Italian families.
I’m explaining how to make them at home with a few simple ingredients: believe me you will fall in love with them!
Excellent, healthy, and also ideal to be frozen to have them available when you get peckish!

READY IN 40’

Salt pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

STEP 2: SHAPE “TENERONI”
Take a spoonful of mixture and using a pastry cutter or a glass cut out a circle about 1 and a half centimeters tall.
STEP 3: COOK
Put a drizzle of oil in the non-stick pan, heat it up and add “teneroni”.
Cook them covered with the lid on a low flame for 5 minutes,
flip them over and cook the same way for 5 more minutes.
