Io siiii! Ed è il #Natale 🤶🏻(lo so, lo so che non sono originale ma questa del resto è la pura e semplice verità!) Vi confesso però che dentro di me vive un’enorme contraddizione: se da un lato vivo di lucette, alberelli, glitter✨✨ e mercatini vari, allo stesso tempo detesto montare l’albero , non sono per nulla fan delle tipiche spezie natalizie e soffro tanto, tantissimo il freddo! 🥶 Ahahahah! Si tratta di una sorta di polenta molto morbida a base di farina di mais🌽, fagioli 🫘 e cavolo nero decisamente ben condita. 👉🏻 Insomma una delizia che ben si sposa con il superbo 🧀 Piave DOP vecchio selezione oro che gli amici di 💙 Lattebusche 💙 mi hanno fatto trovare nell’ultimo pacco 🎁 Ideale da usare grattugiato, grazie al suo profumo intenso ed al suo sapore deciso aggiunge una nota di sapidità che con questa ricetta è la morte sua😍😍.
