Grilled chicken sticks

It’s sunny outside and the grill desire triggers even during the week! Here’s how to satisfy your hunger in a simple way with delicious grilled chicken sticks.

Tender and juicy, if you taste them, sure: you won’t  leave them anymore!

 

SERVES 4-5 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:

9 oz chicken

1 tablespoon onion, chopped

2 slices white bread

4 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

 

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

 

 

 

STEP 1: COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS

Place the first seven ingredients into the mixer and blend until smooth.

 

 

STEP 2: SHAPE THE STICKS

With wet hands, take a teaspoon of mixture and wrap it around a wooden stick.

 

 

STEP 3: COOK

Heat the grill

Place a sheet of parchment paper and grease it with a tablespoon of oil. Place the chicken sticks and grill them over high heat 2-3 minutes on each side, adding a drizzle of oil.
