Homemade food is always the healthier choise for kids nutrition. Here is an easy and yummy idea to make them eat vegetables: good for children and adults too.
MAKES 12 BURGERS

INGREDIENTS
4 frozen cubes spinach
Water and coarse salt to taste
1 lb ground meat (pork + beef)
1 egg
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ glass white wine
½ glass hot water
STEP 1:BOIL THE SPINACH
Boil spinach in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain them and cut them with a knife. Put aside.
STEP 2: MAKE THE DOUGH
In a bowl mix spinach (when cold), meat, egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and knead well by hand.
STEP 3: ROLL OUT
Place the mixture betweeen two parchment paper sheets and roll it out using a rolling pin. With a glass cut some circles.
STEP 4: FILL AND CLOSE
Fill half circe with cheese, then close them with another meat circle. Press well with fingers to match meat.
STEP 5: COOK
Place oil in a pan, then add hamburgers and let them brown for a couple of minutes on both sides. Simmer with white wine until reduced, then add hot water and cook for 10-15 minutes covered with a lid.
