How much you want to bet that this time children will eat vegetables? Here is a practical and easy idea to make crunchy eggplant cordon bleu with cheese and ham.

INGREDIENTS

1 aubergine

 

cheese to taste

4-5 slice ham

 

all-purpose flour to taste

1 beaten egg + 1 pinch salt

2 cups breadcrumbs

 

frying oil to taste

 

 

STEP 1: SLICE THE AUBERGINE

Slice the aubergine 0,5 cm thin.

 

STEP 2: STUFF

Stuff half slices with cheese and ham, then close with another aubergine slice.

 

STEP 3: BREAD

Sprinkle the conrdon bleu with all-purpose flour, then dip it into beaten egg+ salt and then into breadcrumbs. To get a crunchier crust, dip the cordon bleu twice into egg and then breadcrumbs.

 

 

STEP 4: FRY

Fry aubergine cordon bleu into hot oil until golden.
