Baked feta with olives

If you’re already looking for very practical ideas for Christmas time this recipe is for you because:

1) You’ll only use 1 baking sheet! (no pots, bowls, whips, various ladles to put in the dishwasher, isn’t it wonderful?)

2) Time preparation consist in 5 minutes! In the other 25 min your recipe will cook into the oven!

3) It’s truly delicious and even spectuacular, ideal to propose in the center of the table with simple croutons.

SERVES  3-4 PEOPLE
READY IN  30’

 

INGREDIENTS

5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

½ lemon juice

1 slice of feta cheese (I used Stuffer)

 

3-4 tablespoons “Taggiasche” olives

A few sprigs of rosemary

2-3 slices lemon

 

Black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon chilli peppers oil

 

 

STEP 1: PUT IN THE BAKING TIN

Place the feta in a small baking pan (I used a ceramic one with a diameter of 18 cm). Add oil and lemon juice all around.

 

STEP 2: ADD THE INGREDIENTS

Add the olives, rosemary and lemon slices.

 

STEP 3: SEASON

Dust the feta with black pepper and chili pepper oil.

 

STEP 4: COOK

Cook the feta in a preheated oven at 180-200 ° C for 25 minutes.
