Ham, cheese and peas plumcake

Savory food: mon amour!

I must confess: my plumcake mold has seen more savory than sweet dough, but what can I do if they are my weakness?

Today I sink the knife into a soft and very tasty savory pie, made with ham, cheese and peas. Do you want a slice?

 

MAKES 1 PLUMCAKE
READY IN 50’

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

7 oz all-purpose flour + 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast

2 pinch salt

4 tablespoons Parmigiano

2 tablespoons boiled peas

4 ham slices

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons cheese, cubed

 

Butter and all-purpose flour to taste

 

 

 

STEP 1: MAKE THE MIXTURE

In a bowl beat eggs with milk and oil.

 

Add, little by little, all-purpose flour + yeast and salt.

 

Then add Parmigiano

 

peas, ham, diced cheese and parsley.

  

 

STEP 2: PLACE IT INTO THE PAN

Grease and flour a loaf pan. Now fill it with the mixture.

 

 

STEP 3: COOK

Cook the plumcake in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

 

 TIP: Are you planning a party? Make plumcake single portions! Just divide the dough into a muffin pan and cook for about 15 minutes.
