When I invite some friends at home I like cooking this lasagna because I think tomato, mozzarella and ham are the most popular ingredients for a tasty lunch! If you’re looking for an easy recipe, that you can make the day before and cook the day after, this is the gluttuny for you!

INGREDIENTS
fresh egg pasta sheet (I use sfogliavelo Rana)
hot water
3 cups bechamel sauce (click for the recipe)
1 cup tomato sauce (click for the recipe)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 mozzarella, cubed
6-7 slices ham
4 tablespoons bechamel sauce
Ham, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese to taste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
STEP 1: MAKE PASTA SOFT
Place the fresh egg pasta sheets in a bowl with hot water for 10 seconds, than drain them and place them on a kitchen rag.
STEP 2: PLACE INGREDIENTS IN THE BAKING TIN
Spread two tablespoons of bechamel sauce into the baking tin, then cover with a pasta sheet, a ladle bechamel sauce, a tablespoon tomato sauce. Mix the sauces with a spoon. Now add some mozzarella cubes, 2 slices ham and a tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Do the same with the remaingin ingredients to get lasagna layers.
STEP 3: COOK
Cook lasagna in preheated oven at 200°C for about 18-20 minutes.
