- who want to stay fit (or rather try their best not to give in to the last remaining piadina that is looking at them with poignant eyes…)
- and above all who want to eat something tasty, in simplicity!

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
pepper as needed1
sliced chicken breast
1 head of lettuce
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Parmigiano flakes
Salt to taste
pepper as needed
STEP 1: MARINATE THE CHICKEN
Mix oil, lemon, chopped rosemary and a pinch of pepper in a bowl. Whisk with a fork,
then add the chicken slices and rest into the fridge covered with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
STEP 2: MAKE THE SALAD
In the meantime, wash the lettuce and cut it into rather thin strips.
STEP 3: GRILL THE CHICKEN
Heat the grill (it must be hot), then add the chicken slices and a pinch of salt.
Sear for a few minutes, then turn upside down and continue cooking the slices on the other side, adding the leftover marinade while cooking.
Once cooked, cut the chicken into strips.
STEP 4: DRESS THE SALAD
Put the salad in a deep plate, add chicken and season with a mix of oil, lemon juice, Parmigiano flakes and salt.
Finally add a grind of fresh pepper.
