Smoked salmon cream

Just brown a slice of bread in butter and then spread it with this creamy goodness and you’ll immediately get  into the middle of the holiday aperitif.

A touch of delicious elegance on the table in just 2-3 minutes!

 

MAKES 1 CUP CREAM
READY IN 2′

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

100 g smoked salmon

2 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese

Salt e pepper to taste

 

 

STEP 1: BLEND

Place smoked salmon in the blender together with mascarpone and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Blend to get a cream.

 

 

 

STEP 2: ET VOILA

You can use the cream as a filling for vol-au-vent,  sandwiches, gastronomic panettone and so on; or you can add it to risotto!

In any case it will be excellent!
