INGREDIENTS
7 oz Robiola cheese
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
15 slices beef bresaola
Rocket to taste.
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
STEP1:PREPARE THE FILLING
In a bowl mix together the Robiola cheese, the oil and the salt until smooth.
STEP 2:FILL THE ROLLS
Spread each bresaola slice with the Robiola and some rocket leaves; them roll up.
STEP 3: SEASON
Place the rolls on some rocket, sprinkle with olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
