Too much hot outside? Something cold in the dish! Here is my idea to make a delicious pasta salad, the ideal lunch during summertime!
SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 Feta cheese slice (I used Stuffer)
12 oz fusilli pasta
water and coarse salt to taste
1 tuna in oil can, big
Pepper to taste
STEP 1: GRILL ZUCCHINI
Cut off the extremities of zucchini, then slice them with a knife to get stripes. Grill zucchini stripes on a hot grill sprinkled with oil for 20 seconds on each side.
STEP 2: CUT THE INGREDIENTS
Cut feta cheese and grilled zicchini.
STEP 3: COOK PASTA
In boiling salted water (the correct ratio provides 1 liter of water per pound of pasta and 12 g of salt per liter of water), cook pasta (fusilli pasta takes about 11 minutes).
STEP 4: ADD THE SAUCE
Drain pasta and place it into a bowl with: zucchini, feta cheese, tuna wit oil and pepper to taste.
