Fruit salad

SERVES 4 PEOPLE
READY IN 10’

 

INGREDIENTS

4 apricots

3 peaches

1 fresh pineapple

1 cup blackbarries

1 cup blueberries

 

Confectioner’s sugar to taste

 

 

STEP 1: WASH FRUIT

Wash fruit carefully with water (except pineapple).

 

STEP 2: CUT FRUIT

Divide the apricots into 4 slices. Cut peaches into slices with a knife.

Cut off the top of the pineapple. Then slice the fruit straight down the centre, creating two equals half. Remove the centre of each part and the skin of the fruit.

Finally cut the cleaned fruit into cubes.

 

STEP 3: PLATE

Place fruits into a serving plate and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
