Amaretti biscuits cake

My sister recipe! She did it by her self and she invited me at her home to take the picture. It’s incredible but because of the light we shot in her bedroom… 🙂

 

MAKES 1 CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

4 oz butter, melted

4 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons Amaretto liquor

1 pinch salt

7 oz all-purpose flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder

 

1 egg

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoon Ricotta cheese

1 cup Amaretti biscuits

 

3 tablespoon ground almond

 

 

STEP 1: MAKE THE FIRST DOUGH

In a bowl beat the egg with the sugar, then add: butter, milk, Amaretto liquor, salt and  (little by little) all-pupose flour + baking powder.

 

STEP 2: MAKE THE SECOND DOUGH

In another bowl beat the egg with the sugar, then add: Ricotta cheese ans amaretti biscuits.

 

STEP3: PLACE IT IN THE CAKE TIN

Place the parchment paper in the cake tin, add the first dough and then the second on it. Finally sprinkle with almonds.

 

STEP 3: COOK

Cook the cake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes.
