Vampire cocktail (Halloween special)

Like any celebration, Halloween is an excellent excuse to enjoy, do you agree? Monstrous-faced biscuits, ghost pizzas and hot-dog mummies, but what about a drink?

The appearance is scary… but don’t fall for it, it’s all fruit!

MAKES 4 DRINKS
READY IN 7-8′

INGREDIENTI:

8,8 oz blueberries

1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar

1 apple juice bottle (I used Leni’s)

1 glass gin

ice cubes to taste

seltz to taste (or sparkling water)

STEP 1: MAKE THE BLUEBERRY PUREE

Wash the blueberries thoroughly, and put them in the mixer.

Add the icing sugar and then blend to make a puree.

Remove the needle from a sterile syringe, then fill it with part of the puree.

Keep aside.

STEP 2: COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS

Pour a tablespoon of blueberry puree into a clear glass.

Add the apple juice mixed with the gin (omit it if you make a children’s version!) And a few ice cubes.

Add a bit seltz.

Place the “bloody” syringe on ther top and serve.
